Whisk(e)y is often enjoyed alongside a shot of coffee, so we asked our good friend James Bowker, Suntory UK Ambassador, to create a new cocktail recipe showcasing those two key ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Jamaica Blue Mountain (2 capsules)
50ml Suntory Toki
10ml Yuzushu
5ml Enoki Syrup
50ml Maple Soda
Edible flowers
METHOD
Brew 2 capsules of Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee
Add ingredients to cocktail shaker (or flask / jar) filled with ice
Shake hard and fine strain into glass
Garnish with edible flowers
